I rarely have problems going to sleep these days. About a decade ago, I bought a device I could use to help me go to sleep. It was purchased second hand for about a £1 I think, specifically for the intended purpose. I keep it on my bedside cabinet all the time. Just in case ! I only used it once, hardly got past the first paragraph, and I was out like a light bulb. Here it is, just took the photo -g-

I am not unhappy to see the demise of coal as it produces other poisons . I do not believe that CO2 is poison Mq.. I like your post .. so I recommended it Start at :50 :)
