There is abundant scientific evidence that convincing shows it changes. The matter of "man made global warming" should at least be open to debate, and censorship should be verboten. Deliberate intentions to censor, or the fiddling of scientific data on the subject, should be a serious criminal offence. Really, the cost of getting it wrong are very high indeed. 20 years in the can with no getting off for good behaviour. Maybe 10 years and a review after two years? Perhaps the subject of an international conference.
