DAVID,

ASTRA is sitting on a treasure chest filled with about $6 billion.
They made close to $2 billion this last year.

It has been openly stated that they are going to make some acquisitions, but as to the nature of these acquisitions nothing is public.

With regards to VVUS, I think it may safely be assumed that Astra is
very well informed about all aspects of this company.

So, who knows, they may find VVUS attractive at these levels.
