I think Ute's have moved because interest rates have fallen back a bit. Same than growth stocks did. At some point the higher interest rate compete with utility stocks for yield.

I expect utilities to get hit, if interest rates move up again.

I just did not look close enough to see that ALE is more than a typical utility. My mistake.

I wonder who are the companies that will benefit from the $10.5B for power systems. The big players - GE/Siemens maybe (?). I'm interested in who the guys are who will support them with wiring/cabling/electronics/construction equipment&supplies, etc. I've got stocks in a few companies that may participate.
