Ten, you know as well as I do, money talks, insofar as it gets you the best attorney's money can buy. Also, sentencing is somewhat determined by who you are, your status and family name. I remember many many years ago, a young Kennedy went to trial for a sexual abuse case, rape and he got away with a a slap on the wrist, a fine and probation. Mike Tyson, on the other hand, got a number of years in prison. If your homeless, with a public defender representing you, you will likely get the maximum sentence. That's how our system of justice works. Oh, and I forgot to mention OJ Simpson.
