That is why I am advocating for legal ballot harvesting. If it's already legal and can't be rooted out and eliminated, then I'd agree - up until the amount of legal ballot harvesting produces results so that it can be made illegal again. The KISS principle. Voting shouldn't be so complicated. Back to basics ASAP. Sarah Palin started the process for removing RCV in Alaska. That was WAY too complicated and invited all kinds of scheming and corruption, which we saw happen in a great example in our first important election using it. The "Tabulation Round" doesn't even start until Nov. 23, where all overseas absentee ballots are counted. Those are the Military ballots that are so easy to manufacture. What a crock!
