Dividend basket: I sold all UBA, and started a tracking position in D. D seems to be hated for cutting its dividend, and for making big move to renewable energy.

I added to CSWC and to a lesser extent to mlp KNOP. I have followed CSWC for more than a decade and have come to have confidence in their management and business approach. (Maybe time in and or watching gives false confidence here though.)

I added a little to my tracking position in nice dividend payer Mercedes-Benz. Still a very insignificant position for me.

appropos Utilities, Dominion reversion-to-mean.

D hit a 12-mo low today. Yahoo commentary almost uniformly negative on the stock and/or management. Of course somewhat because the stock is down. Also because people see D's shift to, and large spending on, wind/solar to be detrimental to earnings/dividend, to be woke, foolish, etc.

What though if D could be somewhat as successful as NEE with it's development of wind/solar?

Maybe the government funding for utilities discussed here could help D? I do not know.

D at nine-year low (eyeballing it). No surprise that b&h utilitiy investors here are angry.

I don't know what catalyst will stop the downdraft, but for a very few dollars I'll start a tracking position.
