There's been a USDA sponsored program to assist local food growers. I highly suspect it is a way to gain self-reported information about people with assets to seize in the future, and add them to a "list". Once you get on the "list", they send out questionaires in envelopes marked, "Your response is required by law." The commies know a revolution is coming, because they are causing it. They are preparing. Apparently the entire student debt forgiveness program was a big data collection scheme for the Democrats and the "approval" email reads like a commie manifesto
