Hello Carl; I don't think this is what you want for now, but it will show how good at giving information Roy Carson has been, again they are posts from some of my acquaintances, for other stuff you will have to be patient for these are the last two from me tonight, For those new folks who are just tuning into the "KRY SAGA/STORY" as a result of the "decision/ruling/announcement" which is to take place "yesterday/today/tomorrow/or manyana(fill-in-the-blank)" I offer this brief summary of many key events in this saga/story that were FIRST reported in VE/VHeadline News edited by Mr. Roy Carson and later proven TRUE as events have unfolded, some of which are listed below (as I do not wish to waste more bandwidth than is necessary to illustrate the headline to this post, this list is most incomplete and only goes back a few months in time). The list is in no particular sequential order...... Let's start here....a watershed point in time... -Judge Acuna's Ruling and "suspension of non-admittance"...Roy's interpretation was right...PDG's "spin" was wrong as so graciously reflected in Bloopers, Gope n Maul, and Rotters reports...... -PDG knowledge of "probable illegality" regarding their "work contracts" from the CVG....(docs at the alchemist site) -Appointments of Oswaldo Ruiz and Amabassador Paris to the KRY board..... -A host of problems surrounding the disposition of mining "rights".... ...GLR's problem with "deep" rights... ...Controversy surrounding the Presidential Decree 1850, Congressional reaction, and Supreme Court moratorium........ ..."Ghost" companies in the Imataca -Venezuelan government investigations into Minister Arrieta's PDVSA plane trips, apparently at public expense..... -SIDOR sale..... - A host of stories the last 6 months reporting on the travels and whereabouts of KRY management and directors...... -One of my Favs.."Placer Dome's terminologocal inexactitudes flavored with a sizable cloud of colorful smoke." Another editor would have shortened this to read "PrettyDumbGuys = B.S." but I like Roy's headline much better.... - Most recently "Placer Dome throws in the towel"...confirmed by other news reports of PDG "suspending" Venezuelan operational activities... And the list goes on and on and on....... On August 8...."25,000,000+ ounces of gold in Las Cristinas 4 & 6 fields according to assay reports..." and today January 28..."Las Cristinas: the end is nigh...." Now...who would like to bet against him??? Oh...there are many here (most very recently and anonymous) who say R.C. is "lousy reporter", a "scam artist"....blah, blah, blah!! I say LET ROY's RECORD SPEAK FOR ITSELF!!! and to paraphrase Patrick Henry whilst speaking before the Virinia legislature in 1775... Hello Carl; One more, Also In my files, I should still have the newsreleases from PDG, you will find them interesting as to why they have always differed from KRY's and some of the different forms of the press. It is amazing how the same story can be told, and sound different, from so many sources, this I have referred to, with regards to PDG, not calling them liars, but not exactly letting all know the whole story. I must ask you a question, seven years ago, you wanted to build a house, on a certain property, and you knew that a court ruling had declared that the title of that property was owned by someone else, but the realestate agent told you not to worry, go ahead and build, we will take care of it later. What would you say to a deal like that?? Here are two more, herse a couple more barn...... july15th predicted ruling was in and halt coming...hour later stock halted,ruling made.. dec22nd Albino results will be out shortly after jan1.result....Albino assays on jan8th... dec22nd RM to go to Switzerland latter half on jan....result.. RM in Switzerland from jan13th/jan18th talking to banks etc. dec29th..predicts no ruling till after jan20th..result..no ruling as of jan/20th.. dec29th..GLR far from slam dunk with deep results...result..jan6th Belanger admits dec12th press release is incorrect..jan17th GLR investigated.. dec30th.predicts PDG positioning itself in readiness for LC loss,will claim Ven Govt screwed them and LC not profitable ....result...jan20th PDG suspends operations in Ven..siting LC not profitable with todays POG and SC delay jan7th predicts MO in Caracas later this month for Govt. meetings,and announcing "wider picture"...result...jan 28th MO in Caracas as i write this. like i said yesterday....best 300 bucks i've ever spent.........cheers..jim From: Mike Campagna Another one, again from some friends, Thanks to AndreN, I have a copy of the WSJ article in front of me... According to AndreN, there is an interesting story to this article: As R.M. told him, Placer called the WSJ and said something like "Mael gave up its rights to LC4&6 and we have an agreement that shows it...print that story. " The reporter aparently would not print the story without seeing the agreement which PDG refused to give him. The reporter called R.M who showed him the agreement and the rest is what follows.... Mostly recaps what we already know but here are a couple of quotes.. "If the Sc accepts the case, Crystallex could demand a substantial one-time payment to go away, though company officials say they would rather help develop the property with Placer and the CVG..." "Blunders by the CVG and Venezuela's MEM , as well as badlt written contracts and laws, have created a legal opening that KRY is exploiting..." "Placer claims that the concession has expired. Whats more, Placer lawyers say that Mael signed over the rights to the concession so that it could be given to the CVG and Placer Dome in 1992. In return, Mael recieved other mining concessions.." "Crystallex believes that Mael never gave up its concession rights in the 1991 agreement says R.M. .......A COPY OF THE AGREEMENT VIEWED BY THIS NEWSPAPER DOESN"T EXPLICITLY STATE THAT MAEL GAVE UP ITS CLAIM."
