Rarebird, What were Trump's accomplishments outside of creating more division among its citizens and blaming everything on the Democrats? - Lots of deregulation. - Executive actions to try and secure the border. - Tax cuts. - Presided over an economy that continued to grow until the pandemic. - Started no new wars. (Something that the peacenik left should acknowledge but never will.) - Altered the media narrative on his foreign policy from "Trump will start a nuclear war" to "Trump just wants to coddle dictators." - Ignited a fighting spirit among disenfranchised conservatives. - Exposed media hypocrisy. You can debate whether any or all of these count as his accomplishments. That's fair. You can also argue that his failures and character flaws strongly outweigh his accomplishments, even before January 6th. In any case, I don't want to get into a pissing match over Trump's accomplishments or lack thereof. All I wanted to say is that Trump fucked up his entire political career after November 2020. Before that, he was still a force to be reckoned with. These days, he's nothing but a sore loser. Tenchusatsu
