Earnings have not been released today either. It looks like the bulk of MLNM's earnings this quarter will come from prepayments by Monsanto: In October 1997, the Company entered into a broad five-year collaboration agreement in genomics research in the agricultural field with Monsanto. As part of the agreement, Monsanto will form a wholly-owned subsidiary and pay Millennium, over the agreement term, $118,000,000 in up front, licensing and technology transfer fees and up to $100,000,000 contingent upon achieving mutually agreed upon research objectives. Monsanto will also fund research activities of its new subsidiary. I am not certain where Yahoo got their date of February 11 for the earnings release.
