"If I were a Ukrainian living under the tyranny of Russian missiles, anything to stop it would be considered fair-game." I would go to the prisons and psychiatric hospitals and arm every inmate and criminally insane person there and drop them into Russia. If they come back with scalps they will be exonerated and get a cash bonus.

Good idea. = A similar event could happen with an EMP. Russia wouldn't have a clue who dunnit. They are genociding Ukrainian children by the million, who just want to hug their Teddy bears.
