Over the past several years many questions have been raised WRT reliability of our intel agencies and the media. Except for China - anything negative that’s said about China is as true as can be. It seems, Chinese youngsters are having second thoughts about studying - and possibly, working - in a country that may treat them as potential spies. Careful what you wish for: Chinese applications to US colleges are already down 50% from pre-COVID. China has 20 of top 50 engineering schools, says US News. America, China just isn't that into you.
