I don't have the numbers in terms of wafers but have been told the volume numbers of expected good parts: at about 100,000 per month rate this quarter and expanding to go to 250-300,000/mn by the end of next quarter. IDTI has some obvious catching up to do to make up for entering the market late and stalling the further build out of their new Oregon fab facility.

The root of the money flow equation, as you are expert in, is the die size and yield situation. With high yields, IDTI should be able to justify rapid build-out in plant capacity and profitable fab partnering. Will the C6+ yield well? That's the same question that will spin AMD or Cyrix/NSM up or down on their next generation parts. Intel can shield themselves from short-term yield problems by the vast amount of manufacturing might.
