Michael Crichton listed "Playing God in Yellowstone" as one of his references for State of Fear. I have not read the book but have seen a lot of quotes from it. Another excellent book for the tourist / visitor is: Over the Edge: Death in Grand Canyon I guarantee you will never pose for a picture at the edge of a cliff after reading this book.
