Larry -- thanks for taking on the SGI PR job. We can use the help. I was pleased to seek the spike late in trading today. I guess Rocket Rick analyst conference moved some opinions. Tim: I have been aware of Compaq's move into the server market for a while -- it is an amazing company. I actually use a Presario, and consider it rather shoddy, but I guess that's the paradox of marketing vs. content. SGI has been hobbled so far by the lack of a Windows NT machine, which seems nowadays to be the first requirement of ISP's for some reason. SGI's market share will boom when they make their move into NT. Also, the real demand for WebFORCE will happen when video starts moving through the internet, which first requires broad-band delivery to consumers to be in place -- a kind of chicken-and-egg situation. I am tracking AtHome's subscribers, and they are moving fast in this front. (But the stock is too high I believe.) The need for big video servers might still be years off, actually, but maybe some corperate intranets with video phone service will need some. I have some thoughts on CUBE but I'll take it over to that thread.

GO SGI! --JD
