Yes, that was the photo I was referring to. My guess is that the large group around Musk are technical people, people who built TWTR and kept it running - NOT the censors. Those guys - and people like them - were the ones Jack Dorsey had to recruit in order to get TWTR going. Who is turning the ethnic Chinese scientists away from the U.S.? You know (or don’t know) as much as I do. Historically, the U.S. have always been the recipient and beneficiary of Brain Drain from other nations - until recently. Apparently, conditions have changed - and in the course of 1 year those 1,400 ethnic Chinese scientists have switched their academic affiliations from American to Chinese institutions. They have changed jobs. Whatever they may accomplish for the rest of their lives will NOT be US intellectual property.
