George:

Thank you for summarizing what the Evangelist has attempted to say! But call me stupid, I still do not know exactly how many shares of XECM our beloved Evangelist Lanza has! From the sound of it he has at least 300-400 pounds of XECM stock certificates (and based on the $3.8 million and the $200K he borrowed to buy more) he appears to own (as I calculated before) at least 17% of the company! Now I am being told he was "also" given a truck load of shares as part of his compensation so he would find the suckers (ooops I meant investors and doing the PR/promotial stuff).

Wow, this is getting to be really fascinating and just thinking about all these gives me a head ache!

Anyway Evenagelist Lanza for the 100th time:

Can you tell us in plain simple English language, the total number of XECM shares you own (common or otherwise) and your average base share price?

Long Live XECM (the popular SEE-BS sit-com!)
