Nobody is buying there press releases because the intent is as clear as the substance is lacking. I think they assume SYCR investors are as naive as the customers who purchase their products, such as they are. The last meaningful report I saw on a Syncronys product appeared in PC Week wherein they were expressing concern about bringing any kind of attention to the product at all. An editorial thumbs down and ground spit.

..........The Syncronys products selected for this agreement include BigDisk, Zipper and EyeCatcher.

Thinking about what you said, why would they do that? If the numbers are not good, wouldn't you release the bad news, let the market react and then publish the OEM deal to get the price to rebound?
