Well, both AMD and Cyrix/NSM are losing hundreds of millions in their uP developments and manufacture while IDTI is starting to make money. An argument can be made that IDTI will more easily be able to afford to continue development than either competitor. AMD is more known for marketing strengths than process strengths and just throwing billions at the problem, as AMD's experience suggests, does not gurantee success. Usually yields and margins improve as the product enters later stages of the production ramp.

IDTI will be releasing an advanced 3D graphics chip in March to add to their already impressive new products list.
