LArry: Thanks for the BK hearing info. Appears it was a bit more than the standard Ho-Hum non event that "echo" painted. I found it interesting that there was NO problem mentioning that Olson had unpaid fees but no SPECIFIC mention of TMMI's defaults. It is a shame that 'management" can't be honest and lay the cards on the table.

As i mentioned to you in e-mail a few weeks back I sold after my conversation with Dave and have been watching to see if there may be a reason to get back in after the BK hearing. After reading about yesterdays events I think I'll pass.

Larry I appreciate your efforts over the years on TMMI.

Larry, thanks very much for the report. If I understand your post correctly, TMM needs to come back to the Judge on March 18 with an "official" attorney and having paid the $ 7500 bankruptcy payment. Neither of those sound like major issues but are indicators of TMM's ongoing problem with details.

For now, I will stay in and did buy more this morning. JP, was that you I was bidding against<g>?
