Yes, globalization. And what do you get as a prize? Leadership, like the weird Klaus Schwab. Or Yens Stoltenberg, as an upper mid-level bureaucrat. Ours aren’t much better. People forget that the bigger the organization - the more powerful is the leadership. And if you’re not one of the bosses - or one of their dogs - you’re one of the sheep.
