More coulda shoulda woulda Wharfie. The hallmark of Brandon's energy policy. Makes me wonder whether Brandon even wants to see oil drop to the low 60's, which is the level at which RuZZia loses money on every (discounted) barrel of oil they sell. Then again, I don't even think Brandon is thinking on that level. Instead, he's thinking of the level of those "I did that" stickers that we sometimes see at the gas pump: Tenchusatsu
