Second, the President is announcing that the Administration intends to repurchase crude oil for the SPR when prices are at or below about $67-$72 per barrel Sigh, like I said, no leadership on his part. If oil were to fall to $50/barrel, that'd be the PERFECT opportunity to bankrupt PooTin and bring a quicker end to the war in Ukraine. But no, we can't have cheap oil!
