Glad to see they are/have discussed multi-family zoning and investments for some of their properties. It makes a lot of sense for many of their locations. Cities s/d approve as it means more total tax revenues & create a better community for renters/tenants.

The key is MAC owns the real estate & has the capital to do the projects.
