You've actually hit the nail on the head here. They have way too many outstanding shares and the negative gross margins just don't bode well. If the Sparq drive is unsuccessful, they are probably dead in the water.

I used to believe that they could turn it around because the Sparq product appears to be so much better than Iomega's products at that price point. However, maybe that product at that price is too good to be true.

I'm interested to hear how they spun the negative gross margin in the conference call. In any event, I don't think another offering is in their future. They're already too diluted. Appears way too expensive for a buyout unless its at a fraction of what the stock is currently trading at (but you never know until you've done due diligence). They need to turn it around in the next couple of quarters or I believe they are finished.
