Wharfie, Unfortunately Putin didn't surrender when he lost his prize ship. He doesn't care about a single boat. He'll sacrifice everything just to end the war with Donbas and Crimea. As for oil, I'm uncomfortable with drawing down the SPR, so I want to see it re-filled. You sure felt 100% comfortable with Brandon drawing from the Strategic Political Reserve just to lower the price of oil by made a dollar or two. Better to just leave it at its current depleted level. We've already started depleting our other supplies, such as HIMARS rockets. But that's the risk we take for helping Ukraine win against RuZZia. The alternative? Throw Ukraine under the bus and "prevent WWIII" for the short-term. Tenchusatsu
