This is almost unbelievable. It is apparently illegal for a reporter in Germany to report something the government doesn't like. Also they forbid her from defending herself.

Just copy the methods used by China, Iran, and other authoritarian regimes.
In those countries the govt controls all international network connections. In the EU, they are private and controlled by many companies, some not even located in EU. Musk could use his skylink network to make twitter available in EU.
