Masks dont seal bro. Any leakage ( which they all have) essentially renders them useless. You have to have a complete seal and if you do it then becomes a respirator and you need to have a medical evaluation and testing to see if you are able to wear it. I worked in the nuke industry so i know a little bit about this as we wore respirators. Thats not even addressing the issue of the virus particle size and the negative health effects of masking. Yes they will stop some droplets. Thats why they are bacteria traps. Sorry they are essentially useless for virus mitigation. That includes N-95 masks as well. All of this was known well before Covid so thats why masks were never recommended. The science didn't change. The $cience changed
