Rebuilding Ukraine with the same criminals in charge = terrible idea. But if they became sensible by paradigm shift , and included Tradable Citizenship, and went free enterprise, megatons of money would flood in. Ukraine is pretty good geographically, with lithium and whatnot. If they went Gung Ho with Russia and Made in China while trading flat out with Eurostan, things there would be great. They could offer to host a UN reconstitution conference to introduce a better rules-based system than the current mess. And New UN World HQ. Investors love it when VVV are adopted. $trillions are available in 5 minutes if the return on investment is going to be great. Mqurice
