I'm sure that Krogers has many employee law suits and that some of them are justified. Despite a compliance department. If this was the only instance, or if they only had this type of complaint, then maybe. Otherwise, it's picking one data point out of many.

I'm all for this woke/broke stuff, as long as it's the market deciding. If we're playing my team/your team and to hell with the country.......I suppose that's something else.

I did a little research into this and find that Kroger's has a very good reputation as an employer.

My guess is that if there is a Pearly Gates the Kroger guy will get in ahead of Apple product users.
