Not giving all employees equal protection, discriminating against certain one's. I'm sure that Krogers has many employee law suits and that some of them are justified. Despite a compliance department. If this was the only instance, or if they only had this type of complaint, then maybe. Otherwise, it's picking one data point out of many. He's letting them know, go woke, go broke. I'm all for this woke/broke stuff, as long as it's the market deciding.
