They had enough votes, in the first 2 years of Obama’s term…and didn’t do it.

If they got rid of the 60-vote Senate rule, they could have done it anytime in the last 2 years….but they didn’t.

They could do it today, in the lame duck session….but they won’t.

The fact is, the Democratic Party is fractured, has no clear sense of purpose, and no sense of urgency.

Your post yesterday regarding the basic premise of the Supremacy Clause which you lacked ANY understanding about made it clear to me that there was no point in discussing these topics with you. If you are 70 or 80 and don’t understand this you aren’t going to learn it now.
