all: IDMC has been falling hard, while the co. issued a series of news releases saying they are unaware of the cause of the fall. Now they have issued another story saying that shareholders for whom they recently registered shares have agreed to a 6-month lock up. Aha! In effect, they admit they DO know the cause of the stock price falling. It was all of those shares lined up for sale in the S-3 prospectus late last year, including discounted converts. Maybe this share price decline surprised the co., but it shouldn't have been a surprise to members of our SEC Search club. Yesterday I covered at 4, taking a nice gain.
