Seems like a lot of companies announcing share buyback plans. Weren't buybacks supposed to start being taxed or some such starting in 2023?

my superficial experience that that companies seem eager to repurchase shares when the price is high but when prices decline that is when companies turn into cash conservators. I know you have a keen eye for value but i find it difficult to have confidence in management that seems to be so indifferent to its investor base. I am with you on not owning more than a spec position in cash burning tech companies.
