I get flu shot each and every year.. missed one I guess maybe 15 years ago by now... that year got the flu badly.. seemed to drag on for ever.. turns out flu was gone but weakened state had me develop sinusitis.. which permanently scarred my sinuses.. so I'll stick with the flu shot for me thanks.. shot has never made me ill.. but typically sure sore arm especially I guess depending on the skill of delivery ?

I prolly catch the flu anyway but never been down for even a day.. same with colds.. runny nose in AM gone by noon..

but I also believe life style and dirt count a lot...

I'll stick with the flu shot thanks
