BUSINESS SUMMARY:

Cade Industries, Inc. is engaged in the design, manufacture and repair of high tcomposite components for the aerospace, air transport and specialty industries. For the nine months ended 9/30/97, sales rose 62% to $38.8M. Net income increased from 4655K to $1.6M. Results benefitted from higher unit sales in all of the company's core products. Results also reflected decreased S/G/A expenses as a percentage of revenues.

COMMENTS:

Their is growing strenght in the aviation industry and it is believed that a strong new cycle is under way.

The companys outlook is very positive with the O.E.M. engine and airframe manafacturers continueing to increase production rates which is resulting in increased demand for Cade's products.

For the first nine months:

Revenues increased 62%
Net income up 130%
Earnings up 166%

On November 3,1997 Cade announced that it had acquired Central Engineering Company for approximately 7.7M in cash and 250,000 shares of Cade stock.

Cade believes the acquisition will be accretive to earnings and add $15-20M in annual revenues.

Cade had a backlog of 45 million in June of 1997.

The company is an attractive long term buy and can see earnings of 17 - 20 cents in 1998.

KELL had a big volume day. Nice blocks as well...looks to go higher.
WDC closed over 19...which is a positive.
