BCB success will largely depend on its ability to deliver quality enterprise components and its sales forces ability to sell Borland to the enterprise.
Background compilation stuff is nice, but it is not going to make or break the product sales. There is no perfect product and that's why engineers are still employed.
Many of us still live in MSFT vs Borl. Today, there is very little overlapped in their products marketplace. Borland is going to "open" enterprise market, where MSFT is mostly Windows and NT only.
Things Del should pay attentions are (1) Do not let Desktop version sales slip too much, it is almost free money, just repackage. Desktop increases the visibility. (2) Better PR, Borland needs to tell the world its turnaround story, making headlines. Image is the key to sell into enterprise. (3) Increase operating profit to be more than 10% of sales.

I sold at 1 7/8, and bought some April 10's at 3/4. Unfortunately, the next exp was in July, and those were too expensive. I wanted tyo have some 10's that expire after eranings. But, I think that the Apr 10's will do OK.
