It is meant as one, certainly, since knowledge of pop culture, history, a certainly stock market history are all required to understand even 60% of the references made in Showtime's long-running Billions TV series. I used that figure because I estimate that's about my success rate. Chickentown was an all-time favorite episode of mine, and Dollar Bill was featured prominently in it. Since I don't really know you as we haven't shared that beer yet in person, I hope your life isn't nearly as chaotic as Dollar Bill's, but he sure is entertaining when he's wound up and let loose! :-)
