Even now, PooTin uses that bombing as an excuse to target Ukrainian infrastructure, primarily power plants but also maternity wards, pedestrian bridges, and playgrounds for little kids. Putin drove across a newly fixed bridge to Crimea that was blown up. It is the closest he's come to his war in Ukraine.
