He didn't spill his guts. He was as evasive and sociopathic as one could expect from the next Bernie Madoff-Ebbers.

This is what Maxine Waters calls "candid talk." She's awful at the fine art of subtlety, so I don't think there was any attempt on her part to lull the Fraudster into a false sense of complacency.
