My understanding is that shares not voted by either proxy or in person are considered not to have voted.As the majority of shareholders do not normally vote it dose not take that maby to pass a
resolution.with less than 3mil not in one of the depositories,1.4
mil probably being RH the situation is somewhat different than with
14mil outstanding
