TIK,

How do you figure the company is buying from only insiders??? If AGE is buying on the open market there is a good chance than other people could be selling. If you had been following this thread for the last 2 years you would know that many of the posters were smart enough to purchase shares at between $.15 up to a dollar. To them, selling at this price gives them a super profit. Locking in returns of over 1000% IMO is not stupid. What I'm trying to say is I don't understand your question.

Best Regards

Dear TIK:
Good questions:
- I don't consider purchasing stock back over the counter
as buying from "insiders".An insider has to file form 144
and obviously none have been filed.
- You make a good point regarding "breakup value";if we
recieve offers for all or parts of the company before
we are listed than you are right. However,we can't stand still,we have to keep building the company.
