The "best". company purchased at the wrong price is a bad investment.

Of course a lousy company at the wrong price is a disastrous investment.

I am not saiying that you can not profit from that. I mean when I buy something undervalued probably I am buying a depressed sector or a company with some troubles (that I consider that the company can survive).

In the first case, you buy some stocks to pick some winners (and random loosers) or you choose from this sector some of the best.

If you buy a bunch of companies and you will do well, for sure.

On my side I prefer to look for some of the best companies that I can find on this depress sector (OIL) that I try to minimize the worst case scenario. This is what I asked you (to know the companies on your radar).
