Raleigh, thanks for the "inside the market" post, with your level of
market experience (some would call massive) I am certain you pegged
the action for what it exactly is. Big fish feeding on little fish.
Some have expressed concerns about marketing the Tempest. With every feature Franklin adds to the Tempest, the demand will increase, opening up many new markets(uses). The added features are key to the DVG becoming more salable for a wider range of uses. I see more each
day how really encompassing the marketing plan is! Franklin has a sales force, but that is just beginning. I already see evidence of other companies marketing these for Franklin as well as for themselves. With a good product, such as the Tempest, this is the way
it should be....leverage yes! When John Q. Public sees the fnet(&others) phone card for the first time, the Tempest worldwide net
will already have been a done deal.
one man's opinion based on a bit of research

Raleigh, is the boogey man chasing FTEL ! Oh, yea, watch out for the evil mm's, too !

Why didn't FTEL meet your $ 12- $20 mil projection in revenues for last year?

Was Intrine a "major company"?

Did Frank only sell "some shares"?

Is collocation with WCOM that big of a deal as per the words of WCOM representatives?

Are sales up or down compared to last year?

How reliable have past management projections been?

Was FNET not expected to go public last year?

Did you warn us about the stock sales (warrants, Frank, etc.)?

Raliegh, would you call yourself impartial considering that until recently you had at least 87,000 shares as per the S1?

RB, Great post! So many forget (or maybe they weren't here months ago when you did indeed warn us about all these things).
I've gotten so discouraged with trying to find meaningful posts on this thread that I am looking for another avenue of information. Suggestions?

Raleigh,
Thanks for the reminder. I don't know about Bill but I appreciate
a slap across the face to wake me up to the facts again. I'm not
about to bail and frankly, I don't think Bill is either. ER

All: I told Frank Peters about the rumor that he was selling some of his Franklin shares. I asked him about his selling nearly 700,000 shares of his FTEL stock. His answer is: "I have NOT sold even ONE share of my holdings. It's all Meyerson. They are unloading their warrants."

great post for a bb newbie like me....i quickly jumped into this stock and others on run-ups...taught me a good lesson..patience..
question...
with all the buys going through why dont the mm's just raise the price, i understand they want to scare people(short-termers and impatient) into selling their shares but it seems like they have scared off most people into selling their shares already...and won't they run out of shares to sell soon?..i'm sure the smart mm's will hoard a few shares to sell on the next run-up and not want to sell at these low prices....like u said the smart money is accumulating now and it seems like the softshares have sold already
lots of buys...few sells.....sounds like an explosive combination..
to the upside for my sake....Long Ftel
