Based on that screen; started a Buy in CIO today at $9.18/share.

It's a bit easy to screen out too many of the undiscovered value stocks so I may just focus on FCF measured by Price/Free Cash Flow and the growth of that cash flow and then filter out all the companies w/ too much debt (maybe all debt).

I like to sort by SIC code then I get sectors that may be out of favor and/or those in favor w/ unexpected gains.

I believe the value proposition is to find those companies that own hard assets (not patents or intellectual capital) w/ little to no debt generating growing FCF. Seems like these would be good companies to own in a Stagflation environment.
