I have a GTC Buy at $ 52.54/share based on their chart and would yield just over 5%. No rush to enter. I think this will see more tax loss selling and I will be there in the last week of December picking up those shares.

FWIW, I held this a long time and sold most of my share at/near $80/share and then finally held my nose and closed out that position in Nov 2022 (around $69/share) when my other utilities were performing much better.

I would say, for some reason that was a very difficult sale for me (to close it out) and was refreshing to see it was correct. Never marry your stocks!

Closed out my small position in MPW (at $11.93) in the taxable account and bought CIO (at $9.24/share). CIO came up on my Barchart scan.

Also a very small add of EQT at $36.06 to leverage my Oil investment. It was downgraded today by Citicorp
