Hi,

Can anybody help me with this question about OXHP's balance sheet?

Fool report (Trouble of the Day stuff) says that OXHP had very little cash (eg., 10M). Is this accurate? Since I saw other source
shows OXHP still has a lot of cash (over 100M).

Thanks

DrRisk, as far as << doctors are dumping them from their lists of managed care. >>

To the best of my knowledge, I have not heard this being the case in any significant way. The majority of doctors is happy (again) to deal with OXHP. The new NY lawsuit is not a sign of general dissatisfaction, IMO.

<< It is a very risky play when the smart guys with the money are getting equity at lower prices then where we are at now. >>

I think the sorts of MP, KKR or whoever is into the game shooting for a quick 20% gain. That wouldn't be worth the trouble to get involved, they sure have other goals/numbers in mind. I'll rather use the next price decline as an opportunity to buy more shares.

All the best,
Thomas
