Excellent analysis. Agree with 90% of it. One quibble: He says it is impossible to tell the intentions of other nations. You can only know capabilities, and actions. Not other people’s thoughts. But, then he calls the invasion of Ukraine a “preventive war.” That is a contradiction. By his logic, nobody should call any war “preventive”. This is just a euphemism for War of Aggression. I remember when the Neocons said the Iraq invasion was a “preventive” war.
