Mohan..Figure this one. Paine Webber just downgraded SUNW based on what the CPQ/DEC deal will do to them. I have to agree with them and this is the reason I own CPQ and sold SUNW when the deal was announced.

The DEC PC sales are all direct to corporate customers. The integration tasks I see are getting DEC's costs in line with CPQ's (Compaq should have an easy time of that) and getting the DEC line used to making money.... The first will be easy, the latter difficult but pleasant.
