Hi Goldie, I'm happily dry & warm & among the electrically empowered; but the wind is howling & the roads are slick. I still don't feel secure unless I'm carrying a flashlight at all times. I'll get over it eventually, (I hope). Those chips IBM is going to produce are Silicon Germanium -- I'm not sure how they stack up against FRAM, or if they are targeted towards the same product markets. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable will answer? (Cubic is going back down...any thoughts on it?) Barb
